Support to the APIP Business Support Department (DAE) for the development of a strategic vision and a medium-term action plan

The mission consisted of several essential steps aimed at strengthening the Business Support Directorate (DAE) of the Private Investment Promotion Agency (APIP). First of all, it was a question of formulating a clear strategic vision for the DAE, defining its objectives and its role in supporting businesses. This vision served as the basis for the design of a tailor-made service offering, specifically adapted to the needs of the companies to be supported. The development of a roadmap and an operational action plan constituted a crucial step in defining the steps and resources necessary to achieve the medium-term strategic vision. In addition, the mission involved strengthening the structuring of the DAE, by putting in place the processes, human resources and tools necessary for effective implementation of the strategy. Finally, our intervention aimed to support the DAE in the initial phase of the implementation of the action plan, by providing practical support to achieve the set objectives. All of these actions have contributed to strengthening APIP’s capacity to support businesses and promote economic development.
